How to Create an Ambassador Program
Create a rewards program to increase ticket sales
In 2019, Freshtix and Taste of Atlanta partnered with SocialLadder to power their ticket sales with an ambassador and rewards program. Participants earned rewards such as ticket upgrades and extra taste points.
To create ambassador programs all users need to download the SocialLadder app from either the App Store or Google Play, register, search for the rewards program code and start earning! (Note: create rewards program first on Social Ladder before advertising to patrons)
Complete Challenges - Earn Points
As participants completed various challenges, they earned points that could be redeemed for various prizes. These included:
- 300 points - get $5 worth of extra taste points
- 1800 points - get a free General Admission ticket
- 2400 points - get a free ticket to the Saturday night concert
- 4500 points - get a free VIP Admission ticket
- 5400 points - get a reserved seat at the Kitchen Workshop Cooking Class
To earn points, they had to complete a variety of challenges. These included:
- Like Taste of Atlanta on Facebook - 25 points
- Follow Taste of Atlanta on Instagram - 25 points
- Follow Taste of Atlanta on Twitter - 25 points
- Follow Taste of Atlanta on Pinterest - 25 points
- Subscribe to the Taste of Atlanta YouTube channel - 25 points
- Subscribe to the Taste of Atlanta Bite of News email newsletter - 25 points
- Refer friends to join the SocialLadder ambassador program - 60 points
- Sell two general admission tickets with a unique personal code - 300 points
- Sell six general admission tickets with a unique personal code - 1800 points
- Sell six Saturday night concert tickets with a unique personal code - 2400 points
