A: Yes! All of our tools are 100% free to try, forever. The only exception is for selling paid tickets. While the platform is still “free” to use, we do take a small percentage of paid ticket sales (3% + $1.75).
A: Freshtix is a better platform for those looking for a more intimate experience. We do not pressure you for add-ons or incremental fees. Nor do we impose ticket minimums that you must maintain to use the platform. We focus on making your event a success, not the money you’re putting into it.
A: Absolutely! Freshtix has one of the most flexible reserved seating engines available. Set up custom layouts, table designs, pods, and traditional theater and amphitheater seating!
A: Yes. With Freshtix, you can choose to absorb the fees or pass them on to your ticket buyers. You can also choose to add additional ticketing fees or "convenience fees." 100% of any fees you choose to add belong to you!
