A. Freshtix offers a transparent pricing model tailored to your event needs. Just $1.75 per ticket sold + a 3.0% credit card transaction fee. Fees are deducted from your event payouts before they are direct deposited into your bank account.

A. Yes, there is a minimal charge for using the Freshtix onsite box office tool. When using the box office app, the price per ticket sold is only $1.
A. Freshtix does not charge basic platform usage fees. Nor does it charge for you to set up your own events. There is a minimal fee for custom seat maps typically used for reserved seating. Contact support for more information.
A. Yes. Most of our clients use our built-in payment processor. To use Freshtix Payments (powered by Braintree), there is no set up required. Start selling tickets right away. Just 3% per transaction.
If you require an alternative payment processor, we offer integrations to the following: 1) Authorize.net, 2) Braintree, 3) PayPal, 4) Pin, 5) SagePay, 6) SecurionPay, and 7) Stripe. Additional gateway integrations are available, but additional setup fees and per-transaction fees may apply. Please contact us to inquire about using specific gateways not listed above.
