We're made up of talented, fun-loving people that are passionate about raising the level of service in our industry, significantly lowering fees charged to ticket buyers, and building mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients.

Who We Need

Our clients are hosting lots of exciting events in the Atlanta metro area and we want you to join us in creating an extraordinary customer experience! We're looking for part-time event support staff to help scan tickets, sell tickets, and to provide a friendly, welcoming environment for customers attending events. This position will be for events typically occurring on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Must be at least 18 years of age or older to fill event staff vacancies.

What You'll Do

Available Positions

Ticket Scanner - $13.00/hr: • Scans paper and mobile tickets at events in the Atlanta metro area • Provides friendly assistance for customers without tickets present • Oversees Will Call ticket pick up for printed tickets • Applies wristband to the customer after their ticket is scanned • Maintains a professional appearance at all times • Completes other duties, functions, and responsibilities as assigned by Event Lead
Ticket Seller - $15.00/hr: • Processes and prints ticket sales at the event box office • Assists customers in order management and troubleshooting • Manages accurate cash drawer and closes till after shift • Possesses deep knowledge of Ticket Scanner responsibilities above • Completes other duties, functions, and responsibilities as assigned by Event Lead
Event Lead - $16.00/hr: • Trains teams of Freshtix scanning and selling staff members on duties above • Manages schedule and breaks for Freshtix staff members • Transports and maintains scanning and sales technology • Collaborates with the event organizer to establish entry procedure • Looks for opportunities and makes suggestions to improve event entry for staff and volunteers • Makes organizer-requested changes to online and box office ticket sales • Possesses deep knowledge of Ticket Scanner and Ticket Seller responsibilities above
